AEPI aims to provide customers with a supply of safe, best quality of table eggs at a fair priced achieved through fair farm pricing, within a stable national supply management system. Eggs should be collected regularly and transferred from the Laying House to an egg room where they are graded or checked for weight and for damaged shells.
